In this workshop: Learn how to sustain healthy habits, nourish yourself with enjoyable, easy approachable foods. How to integrate your lifestyle into your daily life.
This is not a cleanse. You will not be excluding or eliminating anything, but rather shifting our perspective of what to add into our live. Empower yourself with the knowledge of eating foods that make you feel good. This workshop includes journal prompt questions, suggestions and tips, and a guide to what to eat in a day and recipes. Learn about seasonal eating, and how cooking can be inspiring and joyful rather than a chore.
While I don’t believe that one diet is the right size for everyone, in this meal plan you will find the following guidelines:
FOCUSING ON: Whole, fresh, vibrant fruits and vegetables. Good fats. Healthy carbs. Ancient, whole grains. Plant based protein.
LIMIT: Cow’s milk or dairy (with the exception of ghee), refined sugars, processed foods.
Recipes provided will be a guide through the day.
