Warming Banana Chai Smoothie

This is a lovely smoothie to drink when you really don’t have much time, or when you don’t have a strong appetite It’s also just a delicious treat. It’s nutrient and fiber dense and has a good amount of calories and fat to keep you satisfied. Remember, try to avoid icy, super cold beverages & food to keep your body warm during the winter/spring.

Serves 1 —

1 Banana

1 TB Almond Butter

2 cups milk (almond, cashew, hemp are all good)

1 tsp ginger + cardamom + cinnamon

1 Date

1 TB Hemp Seed Oil
