Glowing Skin Cacao Tonic

INGREDIENTS:

1 TB Cacao powder (I recommend this one)

2 TB Cacao nibs

1 TB Tocos (I recommend this one)

Homemade cashew milk (for recipe, see here) Heat on stove if wanting warm tonic.

2 dates

Blend on high until smooth. Can be served cold or hot.

Nourishment

Dates: high in protein and iron for healthy skin, hair, and nails

Cacao nibs: Highest flavonoid (form of antioxidant!) content by weight of any other food

Cacao powder: anti-inflammatory and high in levels of antioxidants to protect the skin

Tocos: The ultimate skin food. A fat soluble form of Vitamin E.

Cashew milk: Rich in magnesium, zinc, iron and selenium.
