CCCF Tea

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 teaspoon coriander seeds

1 teaspoon fennel seeds

1/2 teaspoons cinnamon bark

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, add all spices and let sit for 5 minutes.

This Ayurvedic staple tea aids in the absorption of nutrients and stimulates the lymphatic system. It may also help with stimulating your digestive fire, relieves congestion, improves elimination, and helps remove toxic build up. Traditionally, cinnamon isn’t used but I think it adds a great flavor.
