A principle followed here is to focus on what to add to your diet, not what to take away. With this simple approach, we are able to get back to the basics without feeling like we’re missing out.

My approach to health is to get back to basics, throwing out dogma, and discovering that “perfect” is impossible. This is a grounded, accessible, and practicle version of health that I hope you will discover with me!

Taylor Kitto is a holistic nutritionist. After years of being interested in alternative and integrative nutrition, I took the leap and got my certification from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

My philosophy to living well is: nourish yourself with real foods, eat mostly plants, live intentionally, and always keep it simple.
